Unfollow a Specific List of Instagram Users

Planned workflow: Paste usernames or import a CSV, then review which accounts you currently follow. Protect whitelist matches and skip users outside your Following.

Can I target only a specific list for Unfollow?

A custom username list limits the candidate population; it does not override whitelists, relationship verification or preview confirmation. Local list preparation is available in development, while live Unfollow is not released.

Add usernames or upload CSV

Provide a specific username list or the username CSV format. Text parsing removes malformed and duplicate rows, but matching names to stable IDs remains a release dependency.

Match against your Following

The target set must be intersected with the current actor’s confirmed Following. A person outside that resolved list must never be eligible for this rule.

Review unresolved and protected rows

Apply the whitelist even when a person was explicitly imported. Explicit targets do not override a protected-account decision.

Run and export the result

Review unresolved names and excluded people before starting. Changed input or identity resolution invalidates the old preview and requires confirmation again.
