Manage Your Plan and Billing

Planned workflow: Find your plan, restore a purchase, open billing management, or check a pending payment. Product sign-in is separate from your Instagram session.

What if payment returns before my Pro rights are verified?

Do not pay again solely because the return page has not confirmed access. The intended flow shows Payment pending verification, refreshes server-verified entitlements and offers Restore purchase. Sandbox lifecycle verification remains outstanding and checkout is currently closed.

Find the account used for purchase

Sign in to the product account used for purchase. Changing the Instagram account does not move a subscription between product identities.

Restore and sync a plan

Restore purchase should refresh server-verified entitlement rather than create a new checkout. This product-specific verification bridge is still incomplete and cannot currently confirm Pro.

Open invoices and payment management

Invoices, payment methods, cancellation, and period changes require the provider portal. The portal is not connected in this development site; do not infer a working link from this help page.

Resolve pending or failed payments

A return URL is not proof of payment. Pending verification needs a clear status and support path; avoid paying again solely because a Webhook is delayed.
